Personnel Qualification

• Bachelor's in relevant discipline
• Excellent communication in English, Business level language comprehension is a must.
• Relevant experience for 10 – 15 years; Preferably having the same experience in related industry
• Having experience in Finance / Accounting field would be a plus point
• Advance skill in Ms. Office package (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, etc.)
• Experience in implementing SAP
• Proven experience in managing sales administration functions, including managing sales data, creating reports, processing orders, and coordinating with other departments.
• Ability to streamline sales administration processes and improve overall efficiency and effectiveness.
• Proven ability to manage a sales administration team, including hiring, training, coaching, and performance management.
• Excellent communication skills to collaborate with other departments, including sales, marketing, finance, and operations.
• Data driven personality with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of sales data and contracts.
