JOB DESCRIPTION :

·      Making a calendar event for one years                             

·      Drafting event proposals, concept, budgeting and organizing team to manage event                

·      Producing detailed proposals for events (e.g. timelines, venues, vendors, staffing and budgeting)            

·      Coordinate with team Online Marketing and sales department for promotion                                     

·      Planning and handling for partnership (Barter Partnership)                                    

·      Exploiting the latest marketing and social networking techniques to ensure a business or product reaches the widest possible audience                                          

·      Responsible for making promotion tools (Banner, Brochures, backdrop, poster, etc.)               

·      Coordinating staffing requirement and staff briefings                               

·      Communicate effectively with other departments to ensure the smooth running of the event    

·      Coordinating vendors and trouble shooting on the day of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly                                

·      Making considerations over layout (when hosting the event)                                 

·      keep track of event finances including check request, invoicing, and reporting                                        

·      Supervise and monitor all event promotion                                    

·      Coordinate with operational team regarding wit security and permissions to make an event  

·      Make a report for event that has been running                             

·      Post-event evaluation (collect and analyses data on projects undertaken, and report on project out comes)                              

Requirement :

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor degree in any field
2. Having experience at least 4 year in same field
3. High integrity and creative
4. Willing to learn, good communication skill and detail
5. Fluent in English
6. Able to operate Ms. Office (Especially Power point)
7. Able to operate Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator (would be plus)
