FINANCE & ACCOUNTING MANAGER

Responsibilities:

• Supervise, plan and coordinate the activities of a variety of finance and accounting service tat may include, but are not limited to, general accounting, accounts payable, payroll, ad financial reporting
• Report financial information in an accurate and timely manner: prepare and provide financial reports to exsternal agencies as required
• Develop and implement financial policies, procedures and goals for assigned areas
• Complete budget preparation tasks and budged to actual analysis, as directed
• Analyze, evaluate and reconcile complex financial data to arrive at accurate conclusions and recommendation; review and verify the accuracy of financial data and information
• Plan, organize, administer, review and evaluate the work of others; select, train, and motivate assignet staff

Requirement:

• Age maximum 45 years old
• S1/S2 Graduated (Economic / Accountancy / Auditing / Tax)
• Have experience in the same position at last 5 years, preferably specializing in Manufacture Industry Services
• Good knowladge at Accounting and financial-related computer software
• Self driven, analytical and creative attitude
• Excellent communication skills (orally and written) and good command in English
• Ability to handle high workland, can tolerate stress and good organizational skill
