Lowongan AUDIT EXECUTIVE di PT Alcotraindo Batam

Responsible for conducting field audits at company sites, investigating issues, and making risk assessments. Duties include evaluating compliance with company policies, investigating discrepancies, creating documentation of violations as well as provide recommendations for improvements for action by management.

Responsibilities:

 Assess the adequacy and effectiveness of internal controls at distributors sites in the following areas and make appropriate recommendations to improve controls and reduce risks in these areas: o Integrity of stock management at distributors.

• Controls on company assets at distributors Sales force automation (SFA), selling tools, including their physical security.
• Adequacy of protection for confidential sensitive data.
• Sales Reps usage of SFA tool.
• Observance of Steps of Calls during selling process
• Effectiveness of POSM usage (right place right positions)
• Effectiveness of product distribution and route coverage vs plans
• Propriety of Trade Programs implementation and claims
• Effectiveness of usage of merchandise items
• Integrity of credit to wholesalers, timeliness of collections
• Adequacy of controls and compliance with company regulations and make appropriate recommendation for improvements.

Qualification

• Bachelor’s degree
• Field audit experience with FMCG company would be an advantage.
• Preferably with Auditing experience and preparation of Audit Reports,
• Dynamic personality and possesses sharp analytical skills.
• Able to work independently and travel extensively within the country.
• Good computer skills especially on MS Office.
• A good command of English would be an advantage.
