Job Description :

• Provide comprehensive design & project management scenario that represent triangle of constraints (cost, quality and timelines).
• Oversee, control and evaluate of project execution periodically to assure the achievement of specification, timelines and agreed budget.
• Monitor supply of materials.
• Coordinated with other parties to solve organization problem.
• Team up with other profesionals like subcontractors, consultans and clients representatives in order to make sure that the work is completed within budget on time.
• Work closely with Legal Dept,Design Dept ans Collection Dept in order to reach the achieve monthly target.

Requirements:

• Worked with multicultural environments and overseeing multiple projects simultaneous. The range of works includes raft foundations, piling, stormwater drainage, road work on the land with a shallow water table, cut and fill, soil-cement stabilization, multi-story building
• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00
• Having at least 15 years experience in Project Management from developer company, HIGHRISE AND LANDED HOUSING.
• Having good knowledge in Technically & Project Management
• Good command in English and good computer literacy
• Good in data analitic and presentation skill
