Lowongan Digital Marketing Executive di PT Elmecon Multikencana

We are a Singapore-based company, that specializes in B2B e-commerce of products related to Electrical, Control, Safety, and Lighting.

We are currently looking for a Digital Marketing Executive to join our team, remote working from home at least 2 times a week. The ideal candidate will assist the online marketing strategy by planning and executing digital marketing campaign, create content to boost brand awareness to drive engagements, traffics, and leads.

As a Digital Marketing Executive, you will report to the General Manager.

Your key Responsibilities involves :

• Plan, create, and execute an SEO and SEM strategy.
• Work toward organic search optimization and ROI maximization.
• Manage and create social media contents and postings
• Monthly meeting with partners and stakeholders to present campaign plans, campaign performance, and proposal to improve digital results
• Identify, measure, and report the performance of Digital Marketing campaigns, social media management and website; assess against goals (KPI and ROI)
• Prepare and present reports regularly.
• Manage buyer personas for targeted marketing.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends and best practices.
• Set up conversion and event tracking on the website and across various digital platforms

Job Requirements:

• A Diploma, preferably in IT or Engineering discipline.
• 2 - 4 years of digital marketing experience including SEO, SEM
• Knowledge of technical SEO is a plus
• Familiar with Adobe commerce cloud platform, Adobe Creative Clouds suite
• Experience in web analytics tools such as GA4, PIWIK, Adobe Analytics.
• Experience in marketing automation software such as Hubspot, Dotdigital or SalesForce
• Experience with A/B testing and other testing metrics.
• Must be organised, attention to details, and able to work in a fast paced environment.
• Ability to collaborate and work in a team, but is also a self-starter
• Familiarity with digital marketing platforms such as Google/ Meta Ads Manager, Google Shopping, Facebook Creator Studio, etc
