Duties and Responsibilities

• Developing an expert understanding of the aircraft and chartering process, and the aviation industry
• Managing charter bookings from enquiry to post-flight report
• Flight watching/overseeing flight departures
• Serve as the lead point contact for all customer account management matters.
• Collaborate with other teams for a smooth execution of medical evacuation and private flights.
•  Achieving monthly and annual targets
• Manage and develop trusted charter advisor relationship with current customers.
• Establishing a portfolio of clients, identifying new clients through networking and managing online enquiries
• Creating brand awareness
• Impact sales results by providing project support, publicized campaign in social media, executing field marketing and segment activities
• Preparing Sales Presentations
• Prepare reports on account status
• Preparing Sales and Flight Reports
• Prepares Quotation
