Position Summary:

• Helps people identify and develop their strengths and development needs to improve employee performance and productivity purpose.
• Focus on creating and implementing training programs to enhance employee’s skills and knowledge.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Recruitment and Placement and employment agreement.
• Training program, competency matrix, talent acquisition
• Develop and implement an effective learning strategy and personal development.
• PD Policies and Procedures.
• Audit: related to recruitment and training program.
• Participate in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline
• At least possess 3 years of working experience in People Development
• Train the Trainer Training Certified, HR Supervisor National Certified
• Strategic thinking, Problem analysis, and innovative
• Strong communication, teamwork spirit and influence skills
• Able to handle multi-task and perform well under pressure.
• Experienced in creating TNA, delivering soft skill and hard skill training, perform training reports.
