Requirement :

  • Education: Bachelor or Diploma degree 
  • Fluent in English 
  • Familiar with Oil and Gas PTK 007 
  • Working experience 1-3 years 

Job Description:

  • Become the bridge between the company and the client

·        Checking the media regarding the daily tender announcement

·        Prepare the participated tender from the registration to submission

·        Scanning and Learning the Pre-Qualification and Tender Requirements later on to be shared to the tender team

·        Make the tender team work breakdown for all the tender participants and discuss which part of the requirement made by who arranged the job easier

·        Organize the Coordination Meeting to support the preparation of the tender team

·        Make coordination with the technical and finance personnel

·        Arrange the Tender Proposal properly based on the requirements, make sure the requirement and target schedules achieved

·        Arrange the Proposal Packing to the delivery in a proper and safe act

·        In case of 3 tenders or more at the same time, arrange the tender personnel to handle tender per number/title, arrange target schedule properly to prevent mistakes

·        To record and report the tender which has been issued and prepared on the following year for management review

·        Maintain the record and list the Validity of the Company Registration Documents

·        Prepare to update the validation date of the Document which has nearly expired

·        Record the incoming and outgoing correspondences/proposals/ transmittal

·        Arrange the tender filing record in hardcopy and softcopy

·        Follow up the updated work to do after the award

·        Collecting the Contract after the award and/or Amendments

·        Collecting the Bid Bond for the tender disqualification

·        Support the finance team to prepare, submit, and collect the Performance Bond regarding the Contract

·        Record the Contract and the supporting document to support other department's task

·        Report all Unsafe Acts/Conditions and Near Miss to the Manager
