As a highly skilled operational executive, you will be entrusted with the important task of establishing new store locations and ensuring that all of our existing stores operate smoothly and efficiently. Working under the guidance of the area manager, you will play a key role in the successful opening of new stores by negotiating with land owners, coordinating with contractors and principals, and collaborating with notaries to ensure all legal requirements are met. Your expertise and dedication will be critical in achieving our company's goals.

Qualification

- Candidates should be no more than 30 years old.

- A minimum of a Bachelor's Degree (or D3) is required.

- Candidates should be willing to be assigned to a new location.

- A minimum of 2 years of experience in the same field is required.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills are necessary.

- Candidates should have the ability to manage projects and work to deadlines.

- The ability to maintain a store operation is also required.
