Personnel:

1. According to the company's talent strategy needs, improve the company's recruitment process and recruitment system, and establish a talent selection plan and talent reserve mechanism;

2. According to the company's business development needs, collect and summarize the personnel needs of various departments and formulate a reasonable recruitment plan;

3. Carry out the whole process of personnel recruitment in accordance with the established recruitment goals (including the organization and implementation of recruitment, interviews, interview evaluations, letter of appointment issuance, notification of entry, etc.);

4. Develop effective recruitment channels, summarize and evaluate the usage of each recruitment channel, and maintain a good cooperative relationship;

5. Conduct regular conversation tracking for new recruits to help new recruits quickly integrate into the company and reduce the turnover rate during the probationary period; conduct regular conversation tracking for old employees to understand employee dynamics and provide a basis for the company to formulate corresponding personnel development plans;

Administrative aspects:

Routine administrative work, accounting for about 20%.

Job Requirements:

1. More than 5 years working experience in relevant positions, bachelor degree or above;

2. Proficiency in using basic office equipment and office software;

3. Familiar with the operational procedures of various human resource management practices, familiar with the national labor and personnel laws and policies and apply them;

4. Enthusiastic and active, meticulous and conscientious, with good communication, affinity, execution, strong sense of responsibility and team awareness;
