Responsibilities

• Handle all documents for export/import process (Booking, checking PEB/PIB, Create COO, Invoice/PL, submit shipping instruction, BL)
• Master in EXIM regulation and license.
• Coordinate & Liaises with supplier, customer, custom agent, trucking, and forwarder on delivery schedule and ensure timely delivery
• Monitoring shipment status, coordinating and communication with Shipper and or Customer regarding shipment process
• Arrange and manage courier shipment
• Coordinate with sales, finance, and operations team regarding the shipment progress
• Work closely with Director and team members to achieve divisional target and goal setting
• Update information related to shipping regulation
• Coordinate with global logistics team

Requirements:

• Has minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position
• Fresh graduate are welcome to apply, position will be based on experience
• Hold a minimum Bachelors Degree from any major related to the field.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Have a good understanding of shipping documentation and other requirements
• Proficient in basic computer programs: Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
• Good communication and negotiation skills.
• Having a high sense of responsibility, good initiative, eagerness to learn, and pay attention to detail.
• Well-organized and able to work independently as well as in a team.
• Able to work under pressure & good communication
• Based in Surabaya, East Java
