Job Specification

1. Responsible for the overall warehousing work and daily work management.
2. Responsible for developing and revising warehousing operating procedures and management systems, and improving the processes and standards of warehousing management.
3. Formulate warehouse work plan. Formulate work plan monthly, summarize and analyze last month's warehouse work, and lead and supervise subordinate staff to accomplish the target tasks.
4. Responsible for allocating the daily work of warehouse keepers to make daily work efficient, accurate and orderly.
5. Responsible for organising the warehouse inventory to ensure that cards, accounts and materials are consistent.
6. Provide work guidance and business knowledge training to warehousing keepers.
7. Regular appraisals of warehouse keepers.
8. Responsible for supervising the handling of bad materials and sluggish materials.
9. On-site supervision and management of warehousing, receiving and dispatching areas, implementation of 6S and visual management.
10. Monthly expense budgets and controls.
11. To complete other work tasks as assigned by the manajer.

Requirements:

1. Under the age of 45 yearsï¼›
2. Sensitivity to data, strong stress tolerance and ability to deal with exceptionsï¼›
3. Have good communication and coordination skills, flexible response, clear thinking;
4. Strong writing skills and proficiency in using office software.
5. Education: College degree or above
6. Working experience: More than 5 years of relevant work experience in warehousing in mining and smelting enterprises is preferred
7. Languages skills: Good skill in English
8. Work location: Sebuku Island, Kotabaru
