Job Description :

• To review and update the Operational Manual
• To assist Head of Compliance & Controlling prepare and update the annual audit work plan
• To review and evaluate the nature of operations, compliance with established policies, guidelines, law and regulation of the system at head office and branches
• To prepare report on audit findings and make recommendations for the correction of unsatisfactory conditions and improvements in internal control deficiencies
• To monitor and follow up the receipt of confirmation/concurrence of draft report by respective departmental head/manager
• To follow up on the issues raised in the operational review reports and to prepare summary on unresolved matters for submission to Head of Compliance & Controlling.

 Requirements: 

• Maximal 30 years old
• Graduate from reputable university with minimum GPA 3.00 (based on 4.0 scale), major in accounting
• Minimum 2 years experience in similar position is preferable
• Experience in handling internal and external audit at Kantor Akuntan Publik (KAP)
• Strong leadership, have a good analytical thinking, detail oriented and good communications
• Able to work under pressure and tight deadline, and good in managing multitasking jobs.
• Able to work individually and team projects
• Fluent in English both oral and written
