The ideal candidate will act as an employee champion and a leader of change. You will plan, develop, organise, implement and direct the human resource function spanning the full HC value chain from talent acquisition, learning and development, reward, performance all the way through to talent retention.

Job Description :

  • Oversee the entire spectrum of Human Resources (“HR”) including recruitment & selection, compensation & benefits, industrial relations, training & development.
  • Responsible for HR team performance, lead, and provide the necessary guidance including their training needs;
  • Develops organization strategies by identifying and researching human resources issues; contributing information, analysis, and recommendations to organization strategic thinking and direction; establishing human resources objectives in line with organizational objectives;
  • Manages human resources operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counselling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions.
  • Guides management and employee actions by researching, developing, writing, and updating policies, procedures, methods and guidelines; communicating and enforcing organization values;
  • Design, implement and manage compensation and rewards to promote retention of employees and create a highly productive workforce;
  • Provide advisory and managerial roles to the Management/Board of Directors and other Head of Departments on all human resource matters, planning and implementation of human resource programs in tandem with the organizations business plans;
  • Develop and implement career progressions and staff retention processes to enhance and reinforce the commitment and retention of all levels as well as potential employees;

To be eligible for this role, you will require:

  • Have a comprehensive business understanding & Human Capital knowledge (recruitment, learning & development, performance, culture & legal)
  • Ability to orchestrate cross-functional alignment across the HR Ecosystem: Talent Acquisition, OD, Leadership Development, Employee Relations, Compensation, D&I HRBPs, etc.
  • Experienced in Organisational Development min 7 years 
  • Have strong people skills: in leadership, communication, listening, negotiation, and team alignment 
  • A strategic thinker as well as a practical person: able to see the big picture of company & goals, understand the key aspects in every situation & execute the strategy in a down to earth way
  • Experience in HRIS (Human Resources Information System) is an advantage
  • Coaching Ability to orchestrate cross-functional alignment across the HR Ecosystem: Talent Acquisition, OD, Leadership Development, Employee Relations, Compensation, D&I HRBPs, etc.
