Lowongan SALES MANAGER (MARINE ENGINE) di PT Gayamakmur Techno Nusantara

Responsibilities:

• Find new customers from shipyard and shipping companies and expand the business market.
• Develop strategy and execution plans to grow the business.
• Make proposal, offer to client, and provide a suitable solution as the customer needs.
• Defining, planning and executing the winning sales project strategy.
• Analysis of inquiry specifications and definition of suitable propulsion systems including preparation of the technical scope of supply.
• Build a pipeline to sustain the growth of our business.
• Work closely with technical team to continually refine presentations, write proposals, design solution offerings.
• Doing meetings, negotiations, visits, and regular communication with customers.
• Maintain good relations with existing customers.
• Presenting product details to customers.
• Make an action plan to do marketing.
• Remain customer for payment collection. 

Requirements:

• Max. 45 y.o.
• Degree in Business, Electrical, Electronic, Instrumentation or Marine Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years working experience in shipping company, shipyard or marine engine & spare parts supplier company, etc with wide network in marine & shipping industry.
• Knowledge and experience in the marine & offshore, oil & gas, utility market, industrial automation or power generation will be an advantage.
• Experience in commercial work boats such as fishing, push, ferries, off shore oil/gas.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Ability tow work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Strong work ethic; able to set and meet goals.
• Demonstrated attention to detail, planning, and organizational skills.
• Self-motivated, good discipline and result driven.
