The total compensation package includes a combination of base salary, benefits, and potential performance-based bonuses in the amount of IDR 9,600,000,00 - 19,200,000,00. 

We are hiring a Copywriter and Marketing Specialist (Full-time and Internship are welcome) to join a collaborative and innovative team in PT. Equinox Teknologi Indonesia. This is a strictly Work From Office (WFO) position, open to relocation, and willing to work with shifts. Salary negotiable. Positions available: 2.

Working Days: 5 days a week (Including weekends).

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and write clear, concise, and persuasive copy for various marketing materials.
• Conduct in-depth research to gather information on industry trends, competitors, and market insights to inform your writing.
• Collaborate with the SEO team and other departments to understand project objectives, target audience, and key messaging.

• Create engaging and SEO-friendly content that adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent tone across all channels.
• Edit and proofread copy to ensure accuracy, grammar, and adherence to the highest quality standards.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging industry trends and best practices in copywriting, content marketing, and digital marketing.

Job Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Copywriter or similar role, with an outstanding portfolio showcasing diverse writing styles and successful marketing campaigns.
• Exceptional creativity and ability to think outside the box to develop innovative and impactful copy.
• Demonstrated understanding of different writing styles, tones, and formats.
• Proficiency in SEO principles and keyword research to optimize content for search engines.
• Strong research skills to gather information from credible sources and distill it into engaging content.
• Excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering error-free, polished copy.
• Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines, multitask, and prioritize projects effectively.
• Knowledge of current marketing trends and the ability to incorporate them into your writing to enhance campaign performance.
