• Finding new opportunities potential product
• Develop the strategy, road map, goals, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver on time and high quality projects
• Develop market segments that include update information on market needs, trends, share and competitors
• Responsible to do cost saving ini existing products without compromising product quality
• Responsible to source new material for new development and alternative for effectively cost saving projects
• Responsible in PRODUCT and DEVELOPMENT
• DEVELOP NEW PRODUCT and make sample based on recipe request from Sales and MKT team

Requirements:

• Age maximum 32 years old with excellent health
• Minimum S1 majoring in Food Technology
• Preferably Manager/Assistant Manager specialized in Food Technology
• At least have 3 years experience in the related field in food industry Open mind
• Have significant experience in Food industry, with experience in Product Development
• Have passion on Food and have an interest in trends and insights in the Food industry
• Have good knowledge in the formulation, processing, ingredients and characteristics of food products
• Good communication and Project Management
• Strong leadership skill
• Detail oriented, creative, communicative and strategic thinking
• Depok (mobile)
