Responsibily :

• Responsible for all company legal documentation (filling, retrieving, archiving all permit, contract and other legal document)
• Reviewing & drafting company's document
• Coordinate and leading for legal application sich as permitt, related with compliance
• Maintaining legal documents
• Assisting business and development team for current and upcoming project
• Drafting and administering legal documentation

Requirement

• Bachelor degree in Law, preferably in Corporate or Business Law from a reputable university.
• Having at least 2 years of working experience in legal-related work, preferably from F&B or Retail company and proficient in handling corporate legal actions.
• Understand legal administration, legal review and legal drafting
• Have a strong legal analysis skills
• Fantastic organizational skills and hign attention to detail
• Have strong legal analysis skills
• Proficient in English both oral and written
• Self-starter with excellent interpersonal communication and a good team player.
• excellent problem-solving skills
