Requirements:

•       Have a minimum background Diploma in Chemical, Electrical or Industrial Engineering.

•       Have a minimum 3 years experience in operating SWRO or Crystallizer system.

•       Have an understanding in reading laboratory report.

•       Have an understanding of the functions of chemicals for dosing.

•       Proficient in MS-Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook, Visio, Project, etc)

•       Able to understand engineering drawings, be it ME/ EL/ I&C drawings.

•       Able to work in a team.

•       Have a high analysis in problem-solving.

•       Have high standards in terms of cleanliness and tidiness of the work site.

•       Able to speak passive English, and it will be an added value if you can speak active English.

•  Can join immediately.

Job description:

•       Responsible for managing the schedule of shifts on a workday or holiday of its team.

•       Ensuring that its members operate equipment/machines in accordance with procedures, work instructions, and work safety determined by the company.

•       Responsible for minimizing waste and efficient use of consumables in the production process.

•       Ensuring that its members carry out operations in accordance with work instructions regarding the quality and quantity of products requested by the company according to the specified schedule.

•       Responsible for supervision, leadership, and coaching to train new members and monitor members in their area of responsibility

•       Carry out direct inspections of its members as well as direct inspections of equipment/machines that are being operated, to ensure that the inspection results of its members are in accordance with the paperwork being done.

•       Ensuring all production paperwork is fulfilled on time and in accordance with established work procedures and instructions.

•       Ensuring that the equipment/machine condition log sheet is recorded and monitored and functions normally.

•       responsible for identifying the problem and handling it once a problem occurs on the equipment/machine so that the production process can be maintained to achieve target production.

•       Report the results of equipment/machine problem identification to the maintenance division for permanent repairs to problem findings.

•       Report all activities, problem findings, problem solutions, and problem handling to the Operations Manager.

•       Working in shifts.

•       Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the condition of equipment/machines is functioning properly.

•       Coordinate with the Maintenance, Engineering & Quality and Inventory divisions in operating equipment/machines to achieve the specified product.

•       Ensuring the implementation of the 5S work system and management system, SMK3, HACCP, Halal, SNI as well as ISO.
