JOB SUMMARY

  1. Responsible for activities of D&D and Freight Invoice production & distribution for all Indonesia
  2. Maintain and perform good internal behaviorP
  3. rovide good quality service to customer related to invoice inquiry
  4. Responsible for daily/weekly reporting & report directly to head of team

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Build good communication and coordination with other team & good approaching to customers
  2. Handle incoming call (no more than 3 times ringing & no silent phone while working) and outgoing email related to invoice & free time inquiry
  3. Prepare and deliver export freight and D&D invoice by portal, express courier or messenger for special customers as per agreement
  4. Do cross checking status delivery with Finance team in monthly basis
  5. Check freight invoice by QIRA after received provisional loading list from Operations and relay to concern party (CS, IBC, Sales) to be followed up
  6. Do locking RoE on stage provisional load list 
  7. Provide & distribute invoice to all registered customer directly through LARA on the same day Provisional Load list received
  8. Check D&D and inform customers care and branch team on the same day invoice issued
  9. Sent x payment notice with good quality data (No wrong subject email, correct content and email distribution)
  10. Retrieve and inform unprinted invoice report (C-report) in weekly basis to concerned party
  11. Follow up customer requirement (extra FTD/discount/waiver), filling in system and issue revised invoice D&D
  12. Follow up D&D agency report for CNC & ANL

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Minimum Level of Qualification:

  1. Min. 1-2 years working experience in international shipping / forwarding
  2. Bachelor Degree preferably or qualified in customer handling

Professional Skills:

  1. English Fluency in communication and correspondence
  2. Knowledge of trade / destination rules
  3. Good communication
  4. Proficient in system and computer literacy

Personal Qualities:

  1. Strong leadership, team leader, high integrity, honest
  2. Highly motivated, result oriented individual with organization skills and ability to solve problems
  3. Attained to detail and analytical mind
