Lowongan Risk Management Specialist di PT Capella Multidana

Responsibilities:

• Devise plans and measures to mitigate risk factors confronted by the company.
• Formulate internal policies regarding risk management.
• Compile reports related to the implementation of risk management within the Company, including reports for the Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK).
• Conduct assessments of the risks faced by the Company and communicate outcomes to relevant departments and management.
• Collaborate with internal and external auditors of the company.
• Establish the company's risk appetite and risk tolerance policies.

Qualifications:

• Maximum age: 40 years.
• Possess strong Strategic Analysis and Decision Making skills.
• Have good Communication, Teamwork, and Negotiation skills.
• Be responsible, firm, and tactful in actions.
• Hold a minimum bachelor's degree (S1) in economics or other relevant fields of study.
• Bring a minimum of 1 year's experience in Risk Management, particularly with prior roles in the Financial Industry/Leasing.
• Demonstrate an understanding of relevant legal regulations concerning risk management, especially Peraturan Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (POJK).
