Requirements:

• Minimum bachelor’s degree in any studies
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• At least 3-4 years of hands-on experience as beauty trainer 
• Strong and effective communicator and a reliable team player with a can-do attitude. 
• Able to adapt and thrive in an ever-changing and dynamic environment with professionalism, responsiveness, and flexibility.
• Has a warm personality, ready to learn but also can embrace changes. Has patience to teach wide range of ages 
• A self-starter with a proactive and hands-on attitude with enthusiasm to work and achieve as part of a team. 
• Get it done right and fast.

Responsibilities:

• Create training materials from the data and materials given by regional and create a new training topic requested by enterpriser.
• Accountable for taking the lead in conducting business training and various product training, within working hour and /or after office hour and /or weekend as per Enterpriser request.
• Work closely with regional team, EC, ER and CM to be able to provide effective business training and product training.
• Coordinate with beautycian freelancer, product specialist in terms of preparation of training sessions, reporting training outcome and sales after training sessions.
• Promote complimentary products offers at the training sessions and a summary of these sales at the end of each month.
• Be familiar with all business line product literature and activities, e.g. sales, critical inventories, promotional and new product launches.
• Be readily available to present and demonstrate various products as and when required.
• Be aware of stock inventory level of products within each product line in the area of training conducted, and work closely with Inventory section and Distribution (WH) to make sure product supported in training are available.
• Responsible for any sales function, such as Product (demo/merchandise), Voucher promo and Enterpriser/SSA Sales Event, etc. within each product line.
