The QA/QC Supervisor is responsible for implementing site quality assurance and quality control system, in compliance with the quality standards at site to ensure high quality products.

Job Description

1.     Maintain and control QA/QC practices with regular checks and inspections ensuring correct operation and implementation of procedures

2.     Analyse testing results and the frequency and severity of product defects and quality lapses

3.     Confirm and sign off on daily quality control (QC) records, test results and procedures

4.     Confirm that manufacturing processes are performed in line with established standards and organisational policies

5.     Develop and implement all food safety-related prerequisite programmes and quality operational excellence models

6.     Guide sample collection activities according to procedures and take actions for abnormal occurrences which affect sampling conditions

7.     Plan and monitor daily and monthly testing schedules and ensure samples are analysed within targeted plans

8.     Implement validation processes for production lines and review processes for products and packaging quality

9.     Inspect outgoing shipments for picking errors, and analyse possible gaps to prevent future errors

10. Monitor critical control points in QA/QC processes

11. Perform inspections and tests on laboratory infrastructure and equipment

12. Perform internal audits and analyse possible issues to develop corrective actions to resolve them

13. Responsible for the quality of raw materials, auxiliary materials, packaging and finished goods.

14. Reporting the results of observations and taking firm and quick action if discrepancies are found with predetermined quality standards

15. Ensure that the manufacturing process complies with standards (BRC, GLP, BPOM, Halal etc)

16. Responsible for the food safety and confidentiality of company document

Job Requirements

1.     Max 35 years old

2.     Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Food Technology/Chemistry/Nutrition/Agriculture or equivalent

3.     Minimum 2 years of experience as QA/QC Supervisor in manufacturing company, especially in the food industry

4.     Good communication in English both of oral & written

5.     Certification in production and quality control (BRC, GLP, BPOM, Halal etc)

6.     Understand the document control system and the implementation

7.     Have a strong sense of professionalism, responsibility and excellent interpersonal skill

8.     Have the ability to provide training to employees

9.     Strong management and leadership skills with attention to detail, efficiency, quality and client satisfaction

10. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

11. Good decision-making skills and logical thinking abilities

12. Ability to work under pressure and multitask simultaneously

13. Able to work with a team and individually
