Requirement :

• Minimum education Diploma or Bachelor degree from Accounting
• Maximum 35 years old
• Minimal 2 years of working experience in Accounting Supervisor
• Fast learning, adaptable and able working individual and teamwork
• Advance in Microsoft Excel

Job Description :

• Check all payment vouchers (payable / cash) and receipt vouchers and make sure the journals and expenses are posted on the proper post
• Ensure that there are no errors regarding the recording and administrative completeness of all financial transactions
• Prepare financial data neatly and regularly
• Make a whole memorial journal
• Doing monthly and yearly book closing process
• Prepare and present all supporting reports as a basis for explanation of financial statements
• Make a consolidation
• Make a Trial Balance report
• Make a Profit / Loss
• Making cash reports
• Perform functions as support and control relating to the needs of management, financial and operational reports
• Other tasks related to financial statements
