- Manage communication between Foreigner and local partner or local staff.
- Responsible for translation of the project (professional translation started from Office, Onsite, Contract translation, and documents translation)
- Performing other administrative works
- Handling all office and field operations
- Completing any other task(s) assigned by Direct Manager
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree.
- Candidate with executive assistant/secretary/translator work background are preferred.
- Fluent in Mandarin and English
- Have minimum 1-3 years of experience.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words, Excel, PowerPoint and any other)
- Excellent communication skill, punctual, and initiative
- Fast learner, hard worker, honest, friendly, and can work under pressure
- Willing to go on a business trip
- Willing to be placed in Malang, East Java
