Job Description:

• Handle end to end recruitment & selection process
• Conduct psychological test, start from instruction, scoring, until interpretation of test result
• Facilitating training or conducting direct training to employees
• Handle employee administration, maintain accurate employee database and up to date records in personal files and HRIS
• Register and deactivate employee from BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, BPJS Kesehatan, and HRIS
• Responsible for calculating payroll, attendance allowance, overtime, and medical reimbursement

Requirements:

• Maximum 35 years old
• At least Bachelor's degree in Psychology from a reputable University
• At least 5 years of working experience in human resources field, especially in Recruitment and Training Development
• Understand about Indonesian labor law and BPJS regulation, familiar with SIPP Online, edabu and HRIS
• Proficient to work using Ms. Office (especially excel)
• Strong passion in human resources, proactive, initiatives, and good communication skills
• Job location: Setiabudi, South Jakarta
