Deskripsi Pekerjaan


Requirements:

  • Maximum age 40 years
  • Minimum S1
  • Minimum 5 years of HRD-GA experience in the Industry (Packaging is preferred)
  • Understand HSE (Housekeeping, Environment, etc.)

Responsibilities:

  • Ensures that all personnel records are accurately maintained and up to date.
  • Leads a safety committee that creates an awareness of safety, eliminates safety hazards, investigates all work-related injuries, and ensures that PT. Rheem Indonesia provides a safe working environment for all employees.
  • Design and maintain the appraisal system that ensures every employee is fairly appraised against predetermined measurable objectives.
  • Ensure that the plant surround is maintained to acceptable standards and enhance the company image.
  • Maintains a secure and up-to-date company key register ensuring that security is constantly monitored and controlled.
  • Ensure that employee time keeping records are monitored daily and all overtime payments are authorized before payment.
  • Keeps abreast with current and new laws which pertain to employee relations and company regulations.
  • Develops and controls an annual training program designed to meet both the company and employee needs in a multi-skilled flexible and competent workforce.
  • Ensure that welfare programs are designed to meet individual needs and include the organization of the company family gathering, supply of company uniforms, and control of purchasing of general consumables (such as stationary, drinking water, pantry consumables, etc). dispensing of medical supplies and first aid equipment.
  • Ensure that all employees are operating within the approved company regulations and that these regulations are reviewed by department heads, and the Ministry of Manpower on a biannual basis.
  • Controls and monitors the performance of the Security to ensure that the plant is secure at all times, visitors are scrutinized and supervised, employees' entry and exits are registered, security uniforms and daily appearance are to a high standard, and the security office is free of unauthorized personnel.
  • Assist in the setting of the annual budget and strictly controls within the budget all expenditures under the incumbent’s control and is constantly alert to opportunities to reduce costs and expenses.
  • Provide advice and counsel to management on employee relations problems.
  • Administer grievance procedures according to policy (e.g. identify and analyze problems, review duration & exceptions, resolve problems).
  • Coordinate the hiring procedure and ensure its administration and recruitment standards (offer letter, the follow-up to obtain acceptance, medical, examination) are properly met.
  • Resolve benefits administrations' problems and process benefits claims (BPJS/workers compensation, etc) in a timely manner.
  • Maintains current and up-to-date position descriptions for all management and senior position within the company.
  • Maintain Payroll for Level 1 and Level 2
