Requirement;

• Maximum 33 Years Old
• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or equivalent
• Minimum having 3 years experience in business of development & investment promotion of franchise chain enterprises is preferable
• Good Mandarin communication is a must (Speaking & Writing)
• Strong communication and coordination ability, and observation, judgment and contingency ability
• Have a good sense of service, teamwork spirit, and strong ability to withstand pressure
• Excellent mentoring, coaching and people management skills
• Outstanding organizational and good time-management

Job Responsibilities;

• Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
• Collect store information, and provide the company and customers with appropriate store location information
• Designing and implementing a strategic sales plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure it’s strong presence
• Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
• Be responsible for the preparation and compilation of monthly, quarterly and annual statistical reports and reports of various investment promotion indicators, and report investment promotion trends at any time
• Help customers understand relevant policies of the company in time and coordinate the relationship between the company and customers
