Job Descriptions:

1. ASEAN market exploring and developing

2. Lead actions to achieve sales goals on ASEAN market.

3. Drives ASEAN Market business by identifying and selling prospects and maintaining relationships with clients.

4. Enhances staff accomplishments and competence by planning delivery of solutions, answering technical and procedural questions for less experienced team members, teaching improved processes, and mentoring team members.

5. Conduct market research to evaluate gaps, opportunities, and alien needs.

6. Sells products by establishing contact and developing relationships with prospects and recommending solutions.

7. Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities

8. Identifies product improvements or new products by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.

9. Prepares reports and presentations by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.

10. Maintains quality service by establishing and enforcing organization standards.

11. Training team members and help them to achieve sales target

12. Familiar with small Kitchen appliance products stage and able to feedback to client quickly& professionally 

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree from any major
• Have a minimum of 3 years experience in similar role (Marketing Executive/Business Development)
• Preferable experience in Small Home Apliances Manufacture
• Proficient in English is a must, (preferable Mandarin)
• Strong communication skill both verbal and written
• Target oriented
• Working location: Kendal, Jawa Tengah
