Job Description:

• Ensuring all HR programs, policies, and procedures comply with current legislation
• Responsible for overseeing the entire HR service activities (recruitment, staffing, compentation & benefit, and employee relation)
• Responsible for all activities related to BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan)
• Organising meetings, events and conferences
• Booking transport and accomodation
• Ordering stationery and equipments
• Payroll Maintain office cleanliness and building maintenance
• Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
• Greeting company visitors

Job Qualification:

• Bachelor's degree in law, pshycology or human resources
• At least 5 years experience in related field
• Minimum 30 years old
• Solid understanding in Key Performance Index implementation
• Good communication skill
• Good leadership skill
• Hardwoking
• Solid understanding of Employment Law (UU Cipta Kerja),
• Company Regulation & BPJS (Ketenagakerjaan & Kesehatan)
• Mature & trustworhty with attention in confidentiality
