Responsibilities:

• Strategic brand partnerships to increase our customer base and grow sales fast.
• Analyzing our brand positioning and consumer insights. Identify research needs, execute research studies and projects, and analyze research in order to identify opportunities.
• Manage and maintain team of marketing people implementing on concept initiatives.
• Establish and maintain budgets. Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates.
• Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns events and partnership, and assess ROI and KPIs.
• Keeping updated on the latest marketing trends and research consumer markets and competitors activities as part of the planning process. Define and manage the brand communication strategy using a variety of media.
• Build long-lasting relationships with clients and partners and organizational stakeholders.
• Strategic partnership. Negotiating contracts, identifying sales opportunities, and determining areas of improvement. Research, develop, and pitch new strategies.

Qualifications

• Understands marketing and promotion techniques. We want to see enthusiastic candidates with fresh ideas and the organizational skills.
• Prior experience in marketing, PR, or another relevant field and a Bachelors degree in Marketing or Business are required.
• Years of experience in similar role. Proven ability to develop strategies and communicate recommendations to executives.
• Experienced handling rising star (local/ Indonesia brands) that shares similar STP, mid to mid upper market.
• Expert negotiation skills, identifying sales opportunities.
• Strong analytical skills partnered with a creative mind.
• Up-to-date with latest trends and marketing best practices.
