Job Description   :

• Check and track IE report actual completed time of all shoe types (layout, report making (LSA), line balancing)
• Balance the line, find the problem and the root cause, discuss with production line leaders to solve problem
• Tracking quick changeover (QCO) on production line
• Evaluate the rate of multi-skilled workers in workshop
• Check and evaluate 6S in factory (making report send to all managers, supervisors, line leaders)
• Collect and analyse data then making Effectiveness report and Daily management
• Summarize Lean performance reports & daily management reports every 2 weeks to send to customers
• Update correct action plan for improving issues which customers has audit before and then summit update report to them every month.
• Training all production line leaders & new workers about five projects and collect training rate then report to customer.
• In charge of sending reports to customers & implement tasks when customers requested.
• Collect kaizen case of all units and track achieved rate.
• Prepared all implementation guidelines and policy for all implemented lean projects that is set by the customer
• Coordinate and initiate the implementation of the following Lean Projects:
• 6S and Visual Management System
• Total Productive Maintenance
• Line Balancing and Multi-Skill
• Kaizen
• Quick Changeover (SMED)
• Pull Production
• Hoshin Kanri
• Daily Management

Requirements :

• Experience in same position minimum 3 years
• Experience as Lean Manager in shoes manufacture as priority.
• Education Background, minimum S1/ D3.
• Good communication & relationship
• English written/speaking/representation
• Auto CAD (drafter), CorelDraw, 3D Drawing, VSM Master (priority)
