Lowongan Recruiter (Contract-Based) di PT Maruwai Coal

Qualification:

• Minimal 5 years of experience as a recruiter;
• A Psychologist or having a degree in Psychology is advantageous;
• English proficiency;
• A team player but also an independent worker;
• Experience in dealing with a large number of recruitment targets (minimum 20 positions per month) with fulfillment rate of at least 90%;
• Ability work fast, under pressure, & with minimum supervision;
• Previous working experience in coal mining companies is an advantage.Ms. Office (Excel, Word & Power Point).

• Some positions might have limited resources in the market due to AMC unique product & remote site location. Huge number of recruitment target that needs to be closed within a tight timeline as we are expanding our operation.
