Job Description

• A. Customer Credit Check
• Run customer profiling and due diligence process
• Performs internal credit assessment on customer
• Cross-check internal credit assessment with 3rd party credit check
• Assign project based on partner or company risk appetite
• Provides IC consideration on the overall customer risk profile
• B. Project Analysis
• Perform financial modeling on potential projects
• Filters projects based on financial ratio and sensitivity analysis
• Provides IC consideration on the overall project risk and return profile
• C. Project Financing
• Plans financing scheme and prepare investment proposals for every project/groups of projects/SPV
• Communicate, negotiate and deals with banks or shareholder on project financing
• Provides IC consideration on the overall project financing plan
• D. Commercial
• Perform draft agreement review, analysis and commercial consideration
• Communicate, negotiate and deals with customer on the commercial term and condition
• Prepares documents/agreement/memo on company activities with external parties

Qualifications

• Passionate about renewable energy industry.
• Interested in working in a startup with fast pace dynamics.
• Having strong negotiation, interpersonal skill, and high confidence.
• Having strong analytical, problem solving, and critical thinking skills.
• Having a bachelors degree from economics, finance, or engineering from reputable universities or experience related to the job.
• Fluent in verbal and written English.
