Job Description :

• Achieve sales target including volume, value and any other quantitative target set by management through leading, coaching and directing the assigned distributor
• Monitor retailers & distributors stocks level regularly
• Continuously review competitive activities at the marketplace, the daily MD (sales & promotion team) routes and updating them upon prospecting any new business opportunity for national and local modern trade
• Monitor the implementation of the desire distribution targets of products including NPDs as per the managements instructions
• Together with distributor (on period basis) and also by themselves to visit the market in order to :
• Ensure the ability & visibility of the core range as per channel as per guidelines
• To monitor the placement of POP at outlets as per the management
• Coordinating with buyer related to out of stock and promotion sales performance
• Collecting market information

Key Responsibilities :

• Making efforts to implement the strategy and achievement the budget and responsible for the result of GT sales and A&P through implementing the following jobs ;
• Managing Distributor
• Managing Customers (Wholesaler and Retailer)
• Managing and controlling all of business resources in sales section
• Ensuring achievement of targeted product sales targeting and A & P budget management effectively and efficiently

Requirements :

• Age max. 40 years old
• Education min. High/Vocational School
• Minimum 5 (five) years of working experience in Sales and strong understanding of General Trade (GT)
• Having experience at GT channel and knowledge about GT Store
• Must have skill negotiation with Buyer
• Strong in client connection and client services
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
• High sense with systematic thinking ability and analytical to solve problems
• High level of service orientation, result focus, cooperative, impactful and capability to convincing other people
• Having ability to work multitasking, under pressure and within tight deadline especially related to sales passion and drive to succeed
• Able to operate Computer Min. MS Office
• Good in English verbally and written are preferable
• Willing to be placed in Makassar, Sulawesi Selatan
