Job and Responsibility :

1. Understand marketing initiatives, strategic positioning and target audience
2. Coordinate and lead the creative team across different types of media
3. Take work from concept to final execution within deadlines
4. Manage and delegate responsibilities to other designers and provide directions
5. Involve in the process of designing web pages, brochures, logos, books, advertisements, flyers, banners, company profiles and other materials.
6. Choose the appropriate size, style and type to increase reading interest in text and images.
7. Creating informative and communicative designs that can touch the audience.
8. Help the team work on website design and social media.
9. Generate drafts for user review and make revisions based on the feedback received.
10. Reviewing the final production and ensuring that the final design conforms to the request.
11. Target oriented and able to analyze data well.

Qualifications :

1. Maximum 32 years
2. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma
3. Have experience in the field min 2 years
4. Required skills: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Website Design, Adobe Premiere or Video Editor Tools.
5. Able to work as a team
6. Creative, Open-minded, smart and team player
7. Placement in BSD
