Requirements:

• Min 3 years experienced on Banking or Industry related and able to involve in IT business processes end-to-end.
• Experience of working on major projects.
• Experience/knowledge of a range of technical platforms and solutions.
• Experience in analysing data to draw business-relevant conclusions.
• Experience writing simple SQL queries for data analysis.
• Experience in UAT bringing business users into the test phase.
• Willingness to learn and become an expert in RPA and other Intelligent Automation solutions.
• Business Analyst Certifications with RPA platforms (UiPath, Blue Prism, Automate Anywhere) are a plus.
• Demonstrate strong collaboration across all levels of the organization.
• Effective Persuasive Communication, ability to influence SMEs and business stakeholders toward change, automation and continuous improvement.
• Knowledge of RPA technologies and spectrum of best practices with process automation and operational excellence.
• Strong analytical skills, coupled with a logical, attention to detail, disciplined and structured approach to documentation and procedures.
• Able to communicate in English is a must.

Job Description:

• Conduct Process diagnostics & opportunity identification, develop a deep end-to-end understanding of processes targeted for automation and outline the impacted processes and business requirements.
• Engage with cross-functional teams to develop business requirements documentation of the process to be automated in a manner that is understood by the business users and can be shared with RPA teams.
• Identify scope, benefits, constraints, and risks for RPA automation initiatives, capture and document current state manual processes and recommend ‘to-be process map designs using Cross-functional flowcharts.
• Facilitate sessions with stakeholders to drive out requirements and Works with RPA & Technical Team members to facilitate the planning and execution of RPA and other Automation projects.
• Assist clients in the construction of business cases and opportunity identification efforts to support the further adoption of RPA solutions throughout the organization.
• Consider risks and change management implications for implementation of new RPA processes.
• Document current and future state process definitions through use of Business Requirement Documents (BRD), Process Definition Documents (PDDs) and Solution Design Documents (SDDs), respectively.
• Demonstrate comprehension of automation processes and revise designs based on customer feedback.
• Creating Business Case and ROI which can be submitted for review and approvals.
