Job Descriptions :

· Verification of identity of New Customer

· Replying all questions from Customers either from email/fax/phone call.

· Receiving all complaints from Customers and try to solve the problem.

· Keeping with confidentially the Data of Customers

· Input Data of Customer Account to System.

Requirements :

· Bachelor degree in any disciplines

· Having experience as Customer Service either in Securities company, Financial or Banking minimum1 year

· Good communication both languages : Indonesia and English

· Have good interpersonal communication skill

· Honest and have high responsibility

· Computer literate
