Job Description :                                    

• Maintaining MPP of all divisions and fully responsible for conducting end-to-end recruitment process for positions on site
• Manage periodically update related to employee database (excel and HRIS System) and employment agreement
• Make a report on the recruitment process about the applicants
• Making strategies & monitoring the fulfillment of manpower & turn over needs
• Conduct training needs analysis (TNA) and individual development (IDP)
• Job management, job analysis, description and grading in order to make systematically and accuracy of job for each holder person
• Performance management setup and implementation based on business strategic planning
• Organization development realization in order to make organization run effective
• Preparation in related with employee data, performance data, hiring data of career development align with company’s business strategy in order to prepare employee succession
• Career development plan based on organization needs in order to place people in the right place for effective organization
• Training need analysis based on competencies gap analysis in accordance to job competencies for more effective work
• Other duties as assigned
• Making strategies & monitoring the fulfillment of manpower & turn over needs
• Develop employees, related to organizational needs, potential & performance

Requirements:

• Proactive, agile, detailed, independent, & commited attitude towards work
• Excellent leadership, teamwork, problem-solving, and interpersonal skill
• Bachelor Degree in Psychology or Profession Psychology from reputable University
• Minimal 5 years of experience as Human Resources/ Human Capital Supervisor/ Team Lead preferably from Customer Goods/ FMCG/ Hospitality
• Familiar with Psychotest Tools and Interpretation
• Experience in supervising and managing professional staff / team
• Have proven experience in handling end-to-end recruitment process, People Development, and Organization Development
• Experience in drafting company documents (SOPs, KPIs, job description, training material, etc), hiring talent and third party recruitment process (outsourcing)
• Wiling to do business trip for hiring candidate (Jakarta – Bali)
• Good English is required
• Available Join Mei 2023
• Willing to be placed in Tabanan Bali
