Lowongan Legal Staff di PT Bumi Nusantara Jaya

Responsibilities:

- Manage all the companys legal activities, both administration and operations (litigation and non-litigation)

- Manage drafting legal solutions with third parties

- Protect the company's intellectual properties

- Oversee business developments related to agreements, permits, and other administration

- Provide legal advice for other departments

- Prepare the due diligence administration (if needed)

- Willing to work in SCBD, Jakarta (Head Office)

Requirements:

- Minimum Bachelor degree in Law, with a minimum of 2 years work experience in Coal/Mining Legal field.

- Comprehend in the mining industry and business law, both nationally and internationally

- Good in negotiation and persuasion
