Key Responsibilities:

• Find, Search and Develop and execute marketing plans that align with company goals and target consumer segments

• Manage and execute marketing campaign and marketing Plan

• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns, lead generation campaigns, and other initiatives to drive engagement and conversions

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop compelling content that speaks to our target audience and aligns with our brand values

• Track and analyze performance metrics to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed

• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in consumer marketing and social media, and incorporate new ideas and technologies into our marketing efforts

• Manage relationships with external vendors and partners to execute marketing initiatives

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field

• 4+ years of experience in marketing, preferably from Packaging industry

• Have links or channels of factories or companies that need packaging materials. Experience developing and executing marketing plans across multiple channels

• Strong understanding of consumer behavior, Social Media Marketing.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and campaigns

• Passionate about the Packaging industry and eager to contribute to the growth of our company
