Deskripsi Pekerjaan

Install, troubleshoot and maintain day-to-day service activity
Work with Sales closely to understand user complain, problem and expectation
Support the customer to troubleshoot the problem of Windows, PC, Notebook etc.
Identify and quick resolve the problem.
Coordinate requirements with Sales and Customer
Coordinate with Head Office for delivering and receiving of repaired Device and Hardware
Assist onsite user if required.
