Requirements

1. Fluent in English;
2. Being able to speak Mandarin will be a plus point;
3. Proficient in English both listening, speaking, reading & writing will be a plus point;
4. Honest, agile and reliable;
5. Can work under pressure;
6. Have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in the construction field;
7. Willing to work on weekends and holidays;
8. Willing to be placed in various regions in Indonesia (including remote areas);
9. Having a certificate of expertise (SKA) will be a plus point;
10. Have mathematical and technical skills
11. Have the ability to think methodically in terms of design, planning, and project management
12. Can use design software
13. Proficient in negotiating, supervising, and able to lead and delegate

Responsibilities

1. Conduct technical and feasibility studies and site inspections
2. Assess potential risks
3. Perform risk management
4. Oversee tender procedures and submit proposals
5. Manage, supervise and visit contractors on site and advise on Civil engineering Issues
6. Communicate and cooperate effectively with architects, subcontractors, civil engineer contractors, consultants, colleagues and clients
7. Manage budgets and other resources
8. Checking and approving reports
9. Review and approve project drawings
10. Schedule material purchase and delivery
11. Ensure that the project runs smoothly and that the structure is completed on time and within budget
