Lowongan Business Unit Officer di PT Cakrawala Data Integrasi

This position will be under Royal Group specifically in charge to oversees every business unit under the Group. The job duties are to ensure that every business unit meets overall Royal Group strategies and goals.

Job Responsibilities:

â–ª Reports to Business Unit Manager;

â–ª Makes sure that the business unit has adequate staff, equipment, facilities, and other resources to accomplish its goals;

â–ª Coordinates all legal processes with Legal Team, such as drafting legal memo & documentation, legal contract, due diligence within and/or outside the Group;

â–ª Handles new business unit team recruitment and onboarding;

â–ª Handles new business unit finance preparation (bank account, shareholding composition projection report.);

â–ª Monitors and reports activities of new and/or existing business unit.

Job Requirements:

â–ª Minimum 2 years experiences with Legal, Finance, or Administration;

â–ª Accuracy and a track record of following through on commitments;

â–ª Excellent documentation and organizational skills;

â–ª Competency in MS Office, experience with other business tools is welcome;

â–ª Experienced with oral and written English skills;

â–ª Willingness to learn in a fast-paced environment;

â–ª Self-sufficient work attitude and applies common sense in decision-making
