Job Summary

Responsible for utility operations and all aspects of plant maintenance with the primary objective of ensuring all production equipment, utilities, and plant facilities meet expected output and performance levels.

Job Responsibility:

Maintenance Management

• Responsible on maintenance of AHU / Chill System, ensuring it works properly to support production activities
• Responsible on maintenance of boiler system, ensuring it works properly to support production activities

Diagnostic and troubleshooting :

• Conduct analysis and a detailed dianogsis of problems with facilities and machine installation, and performing necessary trouble shooting & maintenance.
• Liasing with production operators to coordinate repair work

Requirement: 

• Diploma's Degree or higher in Engineering or Manufacturing
• At least 4 years experience in Techinician Maintenance Manufacturing, Operations. Experiences in the FMCG Food Industry or relevant industry from MNCs is preferred.
• Knowledge, skill and ability required :
• Ability to handle air conditioning equipment, boiler equipment, power receiving equipment, water supply equipment, air compressors and building maintenance
• Experience in electrical & mechanical maintenance
• Experience in PLC
• Management skills, communication, leadership, planning and decision making
• Ability to develop relationship, to interact with all level in highly diverse, multicultural environment and team working
• Proactive, independent, agile, meticulous and strong follow up skills
• Proficiency in English (both written and verbal) is required. Able to speak / write in Japanese is an added advantage
