Job Descriptions:

The Procurement Specialist reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager and manages and optimizes the end-to-end procurement process to ensure the timely acquisition of high-quality goods and services at the best value, while adhering to company policies, legal requirements, and industry best practices. This role is critical in driving cost savings, enhancing supplier relationships, and mitigating risks to support PT Sentosa Jaya Purnama's growth and success. Lastly, due to company origin, and technology provider, the role requires a solid grasp of the spoken Mandarin and written Chinese language.

Requirement:

• Candidate must possess at least S1 - Supply chain management/business management/ administration/economic.
• proven experience managing 3 years of work experience in procurement role.
• Experienced with the process of warehouse, inventory, and logistics, especially in the field of power plant will be considered.
• Familiar with procurement tools and software.
• Experienced with contract management, sourcing strategies, supplier evaluation and selection.
• Have strong organization skills, time management and attention to details.
• Having good negotiation, presentation Skill and relationship Building.
• Have good Analytical Thinking, critical thinking and decision making.
• Uphold the value of honesty and integrity.
• Excellent ability to work well independently or in a team atmosphere.
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (reading, written and spoken)
