Job Description: 

1. Embodying constructive communication with potential guests/clients, both Wedding & Non-Wedding and enthusiastically gather advice to complete the client's needs;
2. Responsible for lodging prerequisite according to standards of cleanliness, tidiness, and completeness comprising the availability of linen, toilet amenities, and room facilities for lodging needs;
3. Key players in succession planning, delivering service standards, and coordination with respective teams (internal/external) to reach targeted revenues from Lodging, Venues, Events, Sunday Market, and other business developments;
4. Ensure that all rooms and venue facilities are properly set up and ready to be used without neglecting the aesthetics side by overseeing the cleanliness and tidiness of the venue, lodging, and public areas such as cafes, prayer rooms, and toilets throughout the Jakarta Escape area.
5. Supporting the needs of business development, venue, and training marketing by conducting technical meetings before the event takes place and to re-ensure that client needs are suitable, catering, decoration, entertainment, photography.;
6. Contribute actively to planning and coordinating with all staff and management in each unit to achieve revenue goals.

 Requirements: 

·       Maximum 35 years old.

·       Minimum of Diploma in Hospitality/Tourism/ Hotel Management, others or equivalent.

·       Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in Hospitality industry

·       English speaker (verbal and written) and computer literacy.

·       Perform good leadership & excellent communication, good team work, service-oriented.

·       Pleasant grooming and personality.

·       Willing to work on public holidays
