Building Culture
- Assist superiors in developing, implementing and evaluating the HR Strategy Plan through the provision of market / competitor data related to HR from trusted sources.
- To coordinate with TD Specialist in implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting the VALUE INTERNALIZATION program.
- To formulate the type of organizational culture to support the company’s vision and mission.
- To analyze the current condition of the organizational culture so that you can find out the gaps in the desired organizational culture.
- To formulate organizational values ​​to achieve the desired organizational culture.
- To provide guidance to the TD Specialist in implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting the VALUE INTERNALIZATION program.
- To assist superiors in developing, implementing and evaluating the HR Strategy Plan by providing market / competitor data related to HR from trusted sources.
- To coordinate with TD Specialist in implementing, monitoring, evaluating and reporting the VALUE INTERNALIZATION program.
Manpower Planning
- To collaborative with Business Development Dept. in formulating business processes by analyzing current business processes vs needed to achieve the company's vision and mission. This includes ensuring that there are no overlapping/over lagging and aligning business processes so that they become more effective and efficient. Coordinate with TA Specialist to ensure Manpower Planning (MPP) for next year.
- Coordinate with TA Specialist to create job descriptions, KPI for positions, and structure.
Competencies & Job Description
- To coordinate with TD Specialist in developing, implementing, monitoring, evaluating the CORE, LEVEL, & TECHNICAL COMPETENCIES DICTIONARY.
- To coordinate with TD Specialist in creating and updating JOB DESCRIPTION for each position at least per two years.
- To make sure employee know and UNDERSTAND their Job Description.
Performance Evaluation
To oversee the annual appraisal process, monitoring compliance with the timetable and working with the GM HRGA and HR Manager to ensure consistency of quality in appraisal documentation.
Talent Development
- Develop the Fund’s approach to talent management and succession planning and to coordinate the contributions of key stakeholders to ensure effective implementation.
- To work with line managers on the design and delivery of appropriate and relevant Personal Development Plans for their staff; to commission and evaluate agreed internally-delivered interventions and to ensure best use of the Fund’s development budgets.
- To develop coaching, mentoring and secondment schemes to support staff development and the achievement of Personal Development Plans.
- To lead on the development of a staff skills and knowledge database in order to maximize the diverse talents of the organization.
SOP
- Providing administrative support to the Human Resources DepartmentÂ
- Maintaining employee records according to company policy and procedures
- Preparing and distributing employee handbooks and company policies
- Identifying areas of improvement in procedures and policies
Report
Coordinate with HR Manager to monitor and provide report about review and update Job Descriptions, develop job evaluation and update if the company's organizational structure has changes.
Qualifications
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management / Business Administration or any relevant.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Organization Development Specialist or similar role, preferable from reputable medical devices distribution company.
- Professional credential, such as OD / HR Certification from reputable organization.
- Have a hand-on good experience in building culture / culture transformation through OCAI Survey and E-P-I-C method.
- Have a hand-on good experience in develop competencies dictionary, do job analysis, update job description.
- Have a hand-on good experience in do job grading, job evaluation and salary structure.
- Fluent in English is a must (verbal and written).
- A team player with pleasant personality, good communication skill and ability to work independently.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, capable of managing complex and completing priorities.
- High level of maturity and sense of responsibility.
