JOB DESCRIPTION

• Undertake projects related to environmental studies and due diligence against national and international standards, and other quality-driven environmental studies;
• Conduct field surveys to collect and maintain all environmental data and records;
• Conduct data analysis and interpretation to present results through reporting, presentations, or other documentation;
• Prepare and compile technical reports and other deliverables related to environmental studies, such as Amdal, Andal, UKL-UPL, etc. to be submitted to Client and/or any other relevant stakeholders, in timely manner;
• Support EMS Manager in the preparation of project work plans, schedules, budgets, technical activities, and coordination of technical staff and sub-contractors to ensure efficient use of corporate resources, preparation and editing of documents (proposals, reports, and other outputs);
• Work with teams to ensure compliance with project requirements, including regulatory requirements and client specifications;
• Participate in project meetings and provide technical support and advice to project managers and other team members;
• Communicate with clients, regulators and sub-contractors;
• Review and validate data collected by teams to ensure data quality and accuracy, and provide feedback and guidance to teams as needed; 
• Any additional tasks required to ensure that project outputs are completed on time, on budget and to acceptable corporate standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor Degree in environmental sciences or relevant discipline. A Master’s degree from a reputable university will be an advantage;
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in implementing projects related to environmental studies and other services, preferably in an environmental consulting;
• Proficient with national and international regulations regarding environmental impact assessments, and environmental permitting;
• Having ATPA Certificate and or KTPA certificate (EIA Team Leader) will be an advantage;
• Ability to support business development and marketing activities using networking skills and able to leverage an existing network in the private sector, government, nongovernmental organizations and/or universities to develop new business opportunities;
• Strong spoken and written communication skills in both Bahasa Indonesia and English;
• Possess leadership, team management, and good interpersonal skills.
